RS232 / Comport in use issues on windows 11

Run regedit as an admin. 

Find: 

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\sermouse 

Change: 

Start DWORD set key to 4. 

If the registry key is not found, create the register with start DWORD and make sure to set the kye to 4
